The Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is holding a series of webinars to provide both enforcement and compliance support to contractors required to meet affirmative action program (AAP) regulations. In fiscal year 2008, the webinars will rotate content between OFCCP operational issues (addressed at the December event) and OFCCP policy issues (to be addressed at the next event). While the agency stated that future webinars will be held in February, May, and July, exact dates and times have yet to be announced. As we learn of future OFCCP compliance support events of this nature, we will advise you accordingly - and document and publish our notes as well.
