The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) sent out 10,000 EO Surveys on December 30, 2004. EO Surveys are targeted to and must be completed by only those specific contractor establishments selected by the OFCCP. Contractors with selected establishments should have already received a list of those establishments at company headquarters. The surveys are due March 25, 2005.

Sometimes described as the "Super EEO-1 Report" or "EEO-1 Report on steroids", the EO Survey is a 12 page report of data on employees and applicants. The survey requires submission of employee counts, hires, promotions, terminations, applicants, and summarized compensation data. Although similar to data collected during an audit, the data definitions and formats for the EO Survey are unique to this report. The OFCCP estimates that the EO Survey will take 21 hours to complete but it will take much less time if we already have your audited 2005 data.
