The National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) is a public organization of industry and government contractor members that promotes frank and open communication with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). This year the NILG will hold its annual conference in St. Louis from August 8 through August 12. Keynote speakers include both Charles E. James, Sr., Director of the OFCCP, and Cari Dominguez, Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Topics/sessions held with OFCCP managers from the national office will include the applicant definition proposal, OFCCP's new statistical initiative and other pending and proposed regulations.
